We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our CIO office as an IT coordinator (m/f/d) in Germany, Switzerland or Spain.
Ihre Aufgaben
  • Supporting procurement process for IT to ensure proper management of IT Contracts
  • Assisting IT Management to consolidate IT Strategic topics and managing IT Presentations.
  • Aiding in keeping the IT Portfolio up to date and following up with IT Project Managers to carry out necessary actions
  • Supporting daily operations such as event planning, group communications, IT Management meeting coordination, IT survey, travel assistance, etc.
  • Actively working to keep IT Intranet updated with new ideas and content shared by employees
Ihr Profil
  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in business, engineering, IT, or software fields.
  • You’re familiar with basic computer operations that include: MS Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Sharepoint
  • Knowledge of IT products, services, and market trends as well as key terms in IT application management and IT infrastructure
  • Ideally, you have basic knowledge of procurement activities and project management and can imagine developing into a full-time project manager down the road
  • Excellent organizational abilities as well as communication skills
  • Fluency in English
