Scope of responsibility

• Works independently within specified area to achieve individual and territory sales targets

• Promotes brands in Contraception, menopause and osteoporosis medical fields

• Helps to create an image for Theramex among target specialist groups and promote Theramex brands

• Establishes a network among KOLs and specialists

Job Purpose

• To maximise all sales and development opportunities for the Women’s Health brand(s) to defined customers – hospitals, clinics etc

• To achieve sales targets and company objectives as defined by the country commercial manager

• To work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders to ensure that the business objectives are achieved

• To deliver performance measures on a regular basis

• To build customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty to Theramex

• To ensure all promotional activity falls within the relevant code of practice

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as defined by the national commercial manager

• Manage profitability of accounts on territory

• Develop business partnerships to grow sales within defined territory

• Implement strategy to drive sales of key products on territory

• Identify commercial opportunities to partner with private clinics

• Manage relationships with customers on territory

• Promote Theramex in line with values, Passion, Integrity, Collaboration and Agility

• Liaise with marketing and sales to drive product differentiation on territory

• Gain formulary inclusions in accordance with sales and marketing plan

• Develop working relationships with hospital personnel to influence adoption pathways and purchasing decisions

• Maintain a high degree of knowledge for our product portfolio and developments in the clinical & purchasing environment

• Complete all company administration and reports within guidelines and time scales specified to ensure high standard of management information

• Prioritising and targeting appropriately to maximise sales

• Self-motivation

• Analysing & interpreting sales data across territory

• Working with a broad range of customers

• Managing the “whole” business from selling the products to delivery and use

• Tracking personal performance

• Managing change

• Working within strict Industry regulations, in compliance with the Swiss science industries code of conduct

Minimum Requirements (experience & education)

Qualifications:

• Educated to degree level preferred

• Qualified to relevant governing body standards to sell/promote pharmaceutical products

Experience:

• Key Account Management or sales representative experience in the pharmaceutical field (experience with Osteoporosis experts preferred)

• Successful track record in selling branded Rx products

Knowledge:

• Private Healthcare

• Osteoporosis

• Women’s Healthcare (contraception, menopause)

Languages

• German (most important)

• French

• English

• Italian is a plus
