Job Description

The position is part time and will report directly to the Head of Commercial Consumer Health and dotted line to the Head of Marketing. The Office Administrative Support, Consumer Health provides assistant to high -level executives within the company and is often trusted with complex duties and sensitive information.

She/ he should be proactive, problem solver, with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to details.

In addition to general administrative work, the Administrative support may oversee scheduling meetings, taking minutes during sessions, maintaining databases, and producing reports or presentations for their executive leadership.

The Role Responsibilities Will Be Split As Below

Assistant to Commercial Officer includes local office management: 75%

Assistant to Marketing Officer: 25%

The candidate must have high Excel, word and power point data skills, data gathering and analytics.
  • Acting as a point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues.
  • Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks. Gather information, data and translate them into reports.
  • Support Marketing team on hoc projects and processes.
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support to the highest-ranking executive’s company wide.
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
  • Handling correspondence directed to the Heads of Commercial & Marketing.
  • Making travel arrangements.
  • Producing reports and presentations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required
  • 5 to 12 years’ experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
  • Experience developing internal processes and filing systems.
  • Experience overseeing budgets and expenses.
  • Experience in running/ coordinating projects with Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems. Excel knowledge is a must.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Very good organizational skills.
  • High attention to details.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional discretion.
