The online Brand Activation Lead is responsible to develop effective content to communicate commercial and key strategic initiatives in CRM and Digital Platforms channels with the aim of generating engagement, awareness, trial, conversion and bonding for both RRP and CC categories in the Swiss Market.

You will support the deployment of commercial initiatives by participating in cross-functional project teams and leading all aspects of the development of online content, working closely with multiple internal departments and external agencies.

In this position you will:

  • Lead the development of CRM content to LANU (Legal age nicotine users) for campaigns, journeys, trigger and transactional communications. Ensure a consistent content journey in connecting content creation with target audience(s) and other omnichannel coms - in four languages.
  • Lead the development of Digital platforms content to LANU for new communications on any platforms such as ecom, acquisition&retention and CC (conventional cigarettes) websites. Ensure a consistent content journey within the platforms, with related CRM and other omnichannel coms - in four languages.
  • Lead the content development process of any commercial initiative: retro planning, creative brief to agencies, alignment with business partners, assets delivery to Digital teams. Support content testing and UAT’s across digital channels.
  • Build business partner relationships with internal project teams to achieve outstanding content for each any commercial initiative such as brand campaign, product launch, consumers’ program or promotions. Support project teams in crafting a project brief, participate in defining requirements to achieve business objectives. Contribute to resolution of project related issues by analyzing, identifying, and proposing solutions.
  • Monitor performance of deployed commercial initiatives to recommend optimization based on data and takeaways.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Working experience within a digital environment, with knowledge of standard methodologies in online content
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
  • Advanced project management skills, excellent organizational and planning.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately toward multiple deadlines and projects.
  • Understanding consumer profile, needs and how to adapt brand content to a target audience
  • Result driven, self-motivated, collaboration and communication skills
  • High attention to details.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change.
  • Proficient in English and German with at least one local language as mother tongue (French and/or Italian)
  • Analytical skills, experience in understanding data insights is a plus.
