– vacancy for our Basel based client company in the Pharma sector.

Your Tasks

  • Being responsible for design, development and testing of package components and packaging systems
  • Providing maintenance and troubleshooting support to adjacent supply chain functions as well as, to end-users to ensure a safe user-friendly customer experience
  • Identifying and implementing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions that maximize our competitive advantage and build brand preference
  • Providing active independent support to New Product Introduction teams ensuring all packaging related milestones are completed on time
  • Ensuring all packaging testing and qualification projects meet a high level of scientific integrity
  • Supporting appropriate maintenance of data systems and structures creating/reviewing packaging specifications and assembling instructions
Your Experience/knowledge

  • 5+ years of experience as a Packaging Engineer in a similar industry
  • Expertise in Packaging Development, Compliance, Data Management, SC/MFG/Quality support, Technologies and Innovation
  • Strong knowledge of packaging materials, regulations, and industry trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Language skills: English – fluent in written and spoken
