On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a luxury Company leader in the Watches sector, we are recruiting the following profile:

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/ LUXURY / MENDRISIO

Duties and Responsabilities:

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final production, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and production, to translate ideas into tangibe, marketable luxury watches;
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of watch components, materials, and manufacturing techniques to make informed decisions that enhance product quality;
Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as Rhino, Solidworks, or similar tools to create and modify detailed watch designs;
Independently manage project progression, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track;
Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the production process;
Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product design and positioning strategies.

The ideal Candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

Proven experience in product development within the luxury watch industry;
Deep understanding of watch components, materials, and manufacturing processes;
Proficiency in English, written and spoken;
Exceptional project management skills with the ability o manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abties;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with external partners.Location: Ticino, Switzerland
