Product Managers

Our Fintech client in Zürich is looking for two Product Managers. One of the roles is to support the Data & Analytics product initiative and the other one is to support the Tax offering. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing the client’s product, service and channel offerings.

Duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Developing the product in line with the strategy, translating the vision into tangible product
enhancements and rolling-out of new offerings to the market
  • Managing new ideas from concept to launch, working closely with colleagues across the business
  • Leading the delivery of clear product communication and documentation, including marketing briefs,
product development updates and feature descriptions
  • Act as Product Owner of an Agile Scrum team
  • Working closely with the client-facing Product Managers to understand the product vision and
strategy
  • Understanding the needs of the stakeholders to prioritize and develop the product efficiently
  • Be the expert of your product!

Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or an Agile Product Owner
  • Solid understanding and experience of Agile software development process and the ability to work in a
hybrid model
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to engage, influence and
build consensus and inspire others
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical skills and comfortability with complex topics
  • Product and project experience showcasing ability to deliver against a strategy or plan

For the Product Manager – Data & Analytics, proven experience with analytics/customer insights and reporting platforms is required.
For the Product Manager – Tax, previous work experience in a tax field will be advantageous.
