About the role

Takeda’s Neuchatel Engineering team is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager.

You will manage projects of varying complexity that span organisational boundaries and responsible for their successful delivery.

Supply Project Leadership and Engineering expertise to support and continually improve the Neuchâtel site by managing engineering projects that are required to improve & ensure the current production activities, while respecting all relevant standards, cGxPs, and the wants and needs of the customer

How You Will Contribute
  • Develop, clarify and manage the scope of the project, define contract deliverables, achieve targeted outcomes, determine project costs, Ensure compatibility and consistency with existing organization and industry standards (PMM, cGMP, GEP, etc.)
  • Ensure project requirements are achieved in a timely fashion and within budget guidelines,
  • Coordinate and supervise project execution related activities, from initiation to close out (hand-over)
  • Support the design and qualification of improvements, changes or upgrades to the equipment and startup and validation activities, Provide expertise in systems, production equipments and project management.
  • Ensure that responses to Regulatory and Compliance requests (RA questions and submissions, Observations, Compliance gaps, Audits, etc.) related to your group/department are provided in a timely manner and with appropriate quality
  • Assemble and lead project team, identify needed resources, assign responsibilities and develop timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities
What You Bring To Takeda

Critical / Key skills
  • Knowledge of a GMP environment
  • Knowledge of Good Engineering Practices, cGxPs, FDA guidelines, ISPE guidelines, ATSM-E2500 & ASME/BPE standards (preferred)
  • Engineering degree (BS, MS or equivalent) in biotechnology, chemistry, food processing and/or mechanical engineering (required)
  • Experience in the project management and planning, installation, commissioning and validation of pharmaceutical facilities, utilities and process equipments (required)
Language & IT Skills
  • Microsoft Office experience required (including MS-Project)
  • ERP experience preferred
  • French and English (spoken and written) (required)
