The Project Manager is the person assigned by the Company to lead the Project Team in achieving the project objectives.

Honeywell Building Solution Is Looking For a T-shaped Profile Project Manager, Able To Lead All The Functions Engaged In The Project In a Holistic Approach, And Expert In Project Management Tenth Area Of Knowledge

The profile is completed by a good attitude and focus on continuous improvement even to bring best practices coming from outside in the company.

Main Responsibilities

The Selected Professional, Will Operate In Full Alignment With Company Policies, Processes, And Tools, And Will Be Accountable For Respecting The Project Constraints (Scope, Cost, Time, Quality) Via a Proper Management Of The Following Project Management “process Groups”
  • Initiation
  • Planning
  • Executing
  • Controlling
  • Closing
She/He will also be accountable for reaching the company target in terms of Revenues and Billing and GM on the owned Portfolio of Projects.

Hierarchy

The PM will report to the Project Management Leader and will have continuous interactions with the other functions (i.e.: Engineering, Procurement, Commercial Management, Project Control, Project Administration, Finance…) inside the organization.

Competencies and skills
  • Previous Experience as Project Manager in Capital Intensive Projects in a matrix organization
  • Alignment with Company Behaviors
  • Acting ad Company Ambassador in front of external stakeholders
  • PMP certification will be considered as a plus
