Retail Operations Internship

We’re looking for a student
  • currently pursuing a degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Sales or relevant area
  • with interest/previous experience in retail environment and stores operations
  • who is people-oriented with strong communication skills both oral and written
  • with positive attitude, enthusiastic, self-motivated and possessing strong work ethic
  • proficient in Microsoft Office
  • fluent in English
As a Direct Retail team Intern you will be working alongside Regional Heads to support IQOS Boutiques’ teams and contribute with ideas to implement innovative business strategies and processes. If you enjoy fast-paced, changing environment and working in diverse teams whilst not being afraid of taking ownership of multiple tasks, this is the role for you! This position will be a mix of field, office and virtual work, thus it is highly desirable that you are an independent and reliable individual.

You will be required to assist in the following areas
  • monitoring & analysis of retail performance and customer satisfaction data to identify new opportunities
  • supporting implementation of business strategies and processes
  • providing an effective communication to Boutique teams and at a region level
  • developing retail solutions to improve Boutiques’ operational effectiveness
  • building content for training purposes and motivational activities
  • supporting in-store events, campaigns, promotions
