For DPS (Drug Product Services) in Basel Switzerland, we have an open position for a Stability Coordinator in our growing team. Working closely with Analytical and Formulation Development, this team offers specialized services solutions for customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Execute inbound and outbound sample shipments
  • Organize outbound sample shipments in cooperation with logistics
  • Support continuous revision of the inbound and outbound sample shipment processes
  • Perform sample “staging” activities within Lonza`s Quality Control unit
  • Prepare documentation needed for the staging
  • Perform sample “pull” activities for stability studies
  • Prepare documents needed for the pull
  • Ensure safety and health protection by following lab and safety instructions and all cGMP regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree in e.g. Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a training on the job (e.g. lab technician or logistics operator)
  • Working knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in sample management/logistics;
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and carry out new and complex tasks
