What you do

Definition & assignment of software development tasks, including technical requirements, budget, schedule and priorities
Overseeing of software development according to DOH and DO-178 standards and release of software to testing according to schedule
Leadership of Software Development team, including defining processes/standards, goal setting, mentoring, giving feedback
Establishment of Software Documentation compliant with DO-178 and Pilatus standards
Contribution to internal management such as process improvements and strategic projects
Helping during developers hiring process, providing technical feedback (including consultants and contractors)

What you bring

University Degree in the domain of Computer Science or equivalent, Fluent English (C1) required, German proficiency desired
Mastery with application of DO-178 and associated standards
Deep knowledge of C and/or ADA programming languages; XML familiarity desired; proficient with verification tools as LDRA and RapiCover (for testing and analysis)
Deep knowledge of structured software architecture and design methodologies as well as VxWorks real time operating system
Mastery with Git software configuration management system tools (Git, JIRA and DOORS); JIRA workflow management system
Experience in managing and leading software developers is an advantage
