We are looking for an experienced motivated, and fun to work with person to join our mix of scientists, engineers, and clinicians, and help us grow MindMaze.

Job Description
Reporting to the supply chain manager, you will be playing a vital role in the company’s global supply chain. You will be exposed to and involved in all related supply chain aspects in a regulated environment. As supply chain specialist, you will be working with many different departments and regions ensuring product availability and visibility within the supply chain.

Qualifications*
You will: *

• Collect global (sales) forecast and transform them into a building plan
• Present, communicate the build plan to the relevant stakeholders for approval
• Place purchase orders according to the approved build plan and manage orders from placement to delivery.
• Update and maintain inventory management system
• Manage several stockrooms, including stock at external logistics partners.
• Manage the provisioning (assembly and testing) of products following documented processes
• Manage the site shipment requirements of all departments.
• Ensure on-time shipments, including the preparation of freight and customs documents and the packing of goods.
• Follow up on shipments, identity potential (custom) issues in a timely matter, find resolutions and communicate potential delays to customers
• Generating and presenting a weekly dashboard & reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications
Skills that we look out for are among:

• Professional education with ideally a degree in Supply Chain Management (APICS preferred)
• Few years of relevant experience, with a (proven) understanding of supply chain processes and tools
• Self-driven personality with great problem solving and analytical skills
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Compulsory Excellent computer skills (especially excel/google sheets etc..)(A plus would be experience in MS Dynamics)
• Being fluent in English is mandatory.
• Strong interest and drive for process optimization
