The International HR Digital & Data team is structured around 3 pillars: Digital HR Solutions, People Analytics, Digital Transformation & Portfolio Management. This newly-created position will be creating a fourth Pillar focusing on HR data management strategy transversally throughout all our HR processes.

We are looking for an International HR Data Steward to drive data excellence across the systems from Data acquisition through Data consumption. S/he will act as a data citizen part of the data community and will work closely with each International HR Process Director as well as various teams, part of Cartier (Data Office, Commercial and Markets) but also Richemont teams (Technology, Group HR, Security). Her/his objectives will be to design standards, document best practices, handle data requests, coordinate and control rules execution.

Key Responsibilities

SUPPORT THE DIGITAL HR TRANSFORMATION

  • Act as central point of Expertise around HR Data maintenance procedures
  • Identify data transformation needs and partner with local entities to secure accuracy
  • Contribute to the Extract/Transform/Load/Check activities part of the data migration
  • Analyze impact of new data management concept to our subsidiaries
  • Support and defend data models adjustments in the target systems

SUPPORT HR DATA STRATEGY

  • Act as a Point of Contact for data users on Master Data, Data Handling and Data Classification policy
  • Analyze and coordinate new Master data request
  • Partner with Group and drive implementation of new data sets
  • Document data maintenance rules and data classification standards to secure qualitative data entry and handling
    • Ensure accuracy, integrity and security of HR Data during its integration in the Data Lake

    IMPROVE HR DATA QUALITY

    • Define HR data quality rules, controls and metrics
    • Document cleansing procedure for HR data
    • Perform data quality check and provide analysis to support root causes identification
    • Support mass data cleansing actions for multiple Markets
    • Escalate unsolved issues to Domain Data Lead
    • Promote HR data quality awareness across the Maison (Markets, Projects etc.)
    • Partner with People Analytics and Group Tech to implement data quality dashboards

    Job Profile

    Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field with a proven 2 years to 3 years’ experience in Data Quality including international exposure.

    Languages: Fluent in both English & French

    Skills

    • Hands-on experience analyzing large data sets is mandatory
    • Experience in data analysis / data quality / data cleaning is mandatory
    • Experience in Databases and SQL language is a strong asset
    • Knowledge of SAP HR and Workday is a strong asset
    • Experience in Luxury Retail Industry is a plus
    • Experience in HR Data Management is a plus

    • A proactive and can-do mindset with multi-tasking skills
    • Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills
    • Ability to interact with a wide variety of people from technical to strategic levels
