仕事内容

Opportunity for a senior AI development professional, who combines deep technical knowledge and strong management skills.

Tasks

Lead the development strategy of the company’s technology.
Keep abreast of new scientific trends and best practices in AI/ML, assess what new technologies are appropriate for the company to use.
Ensure the efficiency of the current operational pipeline, propose changes whenever necessary and oversee their implementation.
Represent the company’s technological agenda in internal and external meetings, e.g. with partner universities, investors, and clients.
Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity, offer support to junior developers when needed.
Oversee internal data security to prevent breaches and keep client information confidential.
Work closely with Marketing/Sales to enhance our technology and create new products following client requests and feedback.

Requirements

PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field
Previous experience as a CTO, director, or similar leadership role
In-depth knowledge of deep learning methods and cloud computing. Proven experience with training deep learning architectures on image datasets.
Hands-on experience with project management
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Proactive problem solver
Attention to details
Previous experience with projects involving digital methods applied to art would be a plus.
