Finance professionals use our solutions to rapidly identify investment opportunities, make informed decisions and manage the risk and the lifecycle of the investments. Moreover, Evooq is organized through highly autonomous teams and by privileging trust and responsibility.

Due to our continued success in onboarding new clients onto our innovative wealth management ecosystem, we are expanding. We are looking for a Client and Platform Support specialist to be based in Zurich.

What you’ll do as a Client and Platform Support Specialist.

  • Be the single-entry point for clients, partners and internal stakeholders to handle incidents , requests and questions pertaining to products
  • Provide clients with timely, courteous, high-quality responses, with minimal back-and-forth
  • Incident Management: receiving, logging, and categorizing incoming requests or incidents reported by clients and keeping the ownership of the incidents until resolution
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose client issues, offering effective solutions or workarounds
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve more complex issues, handle escalations when necessary
  • Analyze patterns in client issues to identify potential systemic problems
  • Collaborate with other teams to address recurring problems, prevent future issues, and improve processes
  • Set up and operate the Zendesk ticketing tool as well as the client support portal
  • Communicate product updates, outages, and maintenance schedules to clients proactively
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and offerings and stay updated on new features, updates, releases, and changes to the products
  • Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles and FAQs
What Skills You Will Need

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Support & Service Desk role, preferably in an ITIL environment. Knowledge of ITIL methodology, certification a plus
  • Proven experience of user support best practices
  • Interest and knowledge in financial products and wealth management
  • Experience with a service desk tool such as ZenDesk or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Java, ability to read and understand logs or willingness to learn.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Attention to detail
  • Responsible and proactive in carrying out daily tasks as well as tackling new issues
  • Ability to manage own time while being a team player
  • Curious by nature and eager to learn
  • Motivated to develop a deep understanding of how our products work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with German being a definite plus
