To strengthen our Global Information Technology department, we are looking for a: DATA MANAGER

ROLE:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end Data Driven development efforts delivering high quality, scalable innovative solutions that meet the Business goals and vision.
  • Mentor and build world-class high performing global engineering teams.
  • Coordinate the service of the Data department to the rest of the company.
  • Maintenance of the data infrastructure and data-related operations
  • Monitoring and management of new medium and long-term initiatives in the field of implementation of new technologies and new developments.

PROFILE

  • 5 + years of experience managing data teams.
  • 10 + years of experience in Database Engineering
  • Experience in Agile Methods adoption.
  • Knowledge in Azure data architectures.
  • Experience deploying data architectures, both on premise and cloud. Experience in classic and modern data environments (relational and datawarehouse), Relational databases (SQL Server). Advanced SQL handling. Experience in implementation of cloud data architectures.
  • Experience in Infrastructure as a Code deployments. DevOps management CI/CD.
  • Leadership and coordination of agile teams for the development of new data architectures.
  • Incident management, prioritization, service accounting (desirable: ITIL knowledge).
  • Experience in coordinating work with tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
  • Planning and monitoring of strategic initiatives of the department.
  • Able to communicate complex technical concepts to company stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Fluent in English.
