Digital Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

EPAM is partnering with a leading luxury goods customer on a multi-year digital transformation, and we’re looking for a strong Digital Project Manager from a digital marketing background to help deliver our program in a hybrid working set up (2-3 days on client site per week)

If so, we’re looking for a consultant experienced with managing creative and marketing projects who can accompany our customer’s communication and image department in adopting Workfront.

By implementing Workfront, our customer will be going through a big operational change, so we need the ideal candidate to manage, educate and coordinate a smooth and seamless transition to Workfront.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gain an understanding of our customer’s marketing and communication team’s needs and be able to translate it into Workfront features
• Provide strong business analysis theory to the features needing optimisation
• Coordinate with the customer’s internal tools to better understand and leverage Workfront specifically for the customer
• Change management: Influence and be a customer champion on Workfront, use your delivery experience to support their transition

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years managing digital marketing projects
• Strong business analysis experience
• Understanding of marketing/communication projects, able to discuss/influence and ideate with marketing & creative teams
• Onsite work at customer office in Geneva – 2-3 days per week
• French and English speaking skills
