In this role, you will be in charge of a wide range of coordination and organizational responsibilities with our other team members and external partners. Our customers are large asset operators and industrial service providers pioneering the use of robotics technology for inspection and maintenance.We are proud of our entrepreneurial culture, enthusiastic about our work and put a lot of energy and persistence into achieving our goals. You will directly report to our CEO and closely work with our Office Management, People team, and other supporting team members. We work with a modern IT stack based on Google Workspace and intensively use tools such as Notion, Wrike, and ChatGPT.Your Contributions
  • Managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely and professional responses and internal delegation and follow-ups
  • Planning and execution of events (e.g., Leadership workshops), including venue selection, logistics, and participant coordination
  • Assisting in the coordination, creation, and distribution of reports and presentations to support the CEO & Leadership’s engagements with the Board of Directors and investors
  • Collaborating with the Office Management and supporting each other as deputies
  • Supporting the CEO and other Leadership members with special projects and initiative, as required

Your Profile
  • Commercial diploma (KV and/or Bachelor’s degree) with several years of professional experience
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in dynamic and demanding settings
  • Fluent in Business English, both written and spoken
  • An ambitious spirit, proactive mindset, and calmness in stressful situations
  • Strong organizational skills and talented in prioritizing work without losing sight of details
  • Communicative, team-oriented and welcoming personality, excited to liaise with employees and external partners
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Sherpany, etc
