We are the company that brings a smile to children’s faces. To children big and small all around the world. 6 billion times a year making Capri Sun the biggest kids drink in the world, sold in over 100 countries. And we are on our way to making Capri Sun the most sustainable kids drink in the world. We also own the brand “all i need” in Austria. "all i need" is a freshly brewed tea drink, all natural, organic and delicious. It was the first beverage in Austria to become CO2 neutral. It has been growing steadily lead by a small entrepreneurial team that works from our office in Vienna.

At our location in Vienna (AT) or Baar (CH), we want to establish direct sales channels to our consumers in Europe as well as grow our online retail sales globally for both Capri Sun and "all i need" and are looking for you (m/f/x) as:

Global E-Commerce Manager "all i need" & Capri Sun

Your Tasks:

  • You bring ecommerce expertise to Capri Sun and "all i need" and lead the ecommerce and direct to consumer strategy & implementation for our company
  • Create DTC platforms for DACH, then Europe in cooperation with an external service provider
  • Track, optimize and continuously improve our online retail sales across EU and Dubai
  • Introduce ecom best practice strategies and capabilities across our entire organization
  • Cooperate with marketing and sales colleagues from our offices in Vienna, Heidelberg, Dubai as well as with some of our external bottling partners in Europe, the Middle East and Asia
  • Leverage DTC for selling "all i need" drinks to customers like gyms, restaurants, bars
  • Oversee all our digital Sales channels, monitor and continuously improve performance using consumer data for advertising, direct mail, promotional offers

Your Profile:

  • Ready to lead all of our global online sales initiatives
  • Substantial experience in online Sales, both with established retailers and direct to consumer
  • Understanding of brands, has contributed to building a business or brand online
  • Full understanding of the entire value chain, from a click on an Instagram ad to delivery at home
  • Understands consumer journeys online, who to target where, how to reduce barriers etc
  • Team worker, cross functional understanding, can energize a team towards a goal
  • Action oriented, analytical, drive and grit. Delivers on time
  • Can Coach and Train colleagues and the "all i need" Team
