About the Graduate Program:

Thanks to the opportunity to rotate between departments, our graduate development program with the Green Metal Division has direct exposure to our core trading business, in areas such as Traffic, Treasury/Risk, LME Desk.

By working alongside and receiving on the job training from experts in their areas, paired with close interactions with traders, you will have the opportunity to learn skills and competencies vital to building a successful career in global commodities or become a commodity trader.

Skills and Experience you bring along:

  • A genuine interest in commodities trading
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Self-driven
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Goal-oriented and dedicated personality
  • Ability to identify opportunities and transforming them into results
  • High ability for networked thinking
  • Excellent English skills is a must, any other language is an advantage
  • Very good IT skills, especially Excel
