As HR Coordinator within Nestlé Suisse SA, you will provide support to the HR Business Partners, line managers and employees with all aspects of the people and HR Cycle agenda. Moreover, as part of a dynamic and well recognized HR team, you will act as the spoke person in the field of HR Processes.

A Day in the Life of an HR Coordinator :
  • Contribute to the execution of the strategic plans through the creation and implementation of our People Strategy Care and Dare.
  • Promote and foster a Care and Dare culture and work environment in line with the Nestlé principles
  • Provide everyday coaching to leadership on a variety of topics including employee relations, policy interpretation and application, talent management, development, and organizational design consultation.
  • Drive and contribute to people initiatives and transformation projects aligned with Nestlé Suisse goals & initiatives and partner with centre of expertise and business to best attract, develop and retain employees
  • Ensure Performance and Talent Management cycles drive the achievement of business goals keeping in mind specific Nestlé priorities (diversity and inclusion, youth, etc.)
  • Partner with Controllers to ensure precision in organization effectiveness and budgeting
  • Leverage on People Analytics to drive decision making
  • Experience as HR coordinator or relevant Human Resources / HR Administrative or Centre of Competence of expertise position
  • Experience working in a large, matrix organization
  • Good command of HR systems and tools (Excel, PowerBI,) and or agile to learn about it
  • Self-directed in projects, tasks and learning with can-do attitude
  • Good communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Courage to constructively challenge and eagerness to learn
  • Professional fluency in English, German and French
