We are currently looking for a motivated intern to join our Private Banking team, working closely with the Private Markets Sales & Distribution Director and the Chief of Staff and his team.
Responsibilities
  • Updating intranet, presentations, slide decks with required material
  • Liaising with the Client Advisers (CAs) on presentation requests, maintaining the prospect log
  • Answering CAs requests on fund details (with support from PM Director)
  • Enhance existing private markets material and ad-hoc reporting
  • Support on various Private Markets events, from logistics to slide preparation
  • Coordinate with the CAs on Five Arrows Investor days
  • Provide coverage when PM Director is out, at a certain extent
  • Bring fresh ideas on how better service our clients and enhance their private markets experience
  • End of Month Front Office report to R&CoBZ Executive Committee preparation
  • End of Month Investment Dashboard preparation
  • Ad-hoc reports, analysis and projects in coordination with Geneva Office Chief of Staff
Education and Qualifications
  • Commercial degree, bank apprenticeship or similar
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
  • Completed Internship in the financial industry is considered a plus
  • Knowledge and interest in financial markets and private banking
  • Fluent communication skills in English, French and German are a must
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability, flexibility, commitment and responsibility
