We are working with a specialist Secondaries fund, currently deploying their 4th global vehicle. They invest via Secondaries in Buyout, Venture, Growth and Mezzanine opportunities, predominantly in North America, and are now looking to expand their presence in Europe.

The firm is successful with an enviable track-record and a well over-subscribed fund and this represents a fantastic opportunity to help push the business into a new area during a period of excellent growth in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Due Diligence and Execution of Mid-Market Secondary investment opportunities across Europe. Including LBO modelling and preparation of IC documents
  • Perform due diligence on identified funds and co-investments. This will include on-site interviews, analysis of track records, peer comparisons and the preparation of investment reports
  • Monitor existing investments, including by attending fund AGMs
  • Working entrepreneurially in the team, supporting on ad hoc diligence projects
Your Profile
  • 0-18 months experience (including internships) in a relevant financial institution
  • A good university degree and a strong academic background
  • A desire to develop your career in private market investments, specifically Secondaries
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills and high attention to detail
  • Advanced capability with Word, PowerPoint and Excel is a prerequisite
