Job Title: Jr Photovoltaic Technician – (German, French or Italian speaking)

Duration: 3 months - extendable to long-term contract

Location: Zürich or Bern (preferred)

We are in search of a Photovoltaic Technician to deliver support and aid to one of our major clients with their Photovoltaic products. This role involves addressing customer support requests, tracking service concerns, and delivering on-site training to customers. A strong background in the Solar/Photovoltaic industry, electro-technical skills, and language proficiency in either German, French, or Italian are crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and register customer support requests and concerns related to Photovoltaic products.
  • Provide first-level support and assistance for the company Photovoltaic Products.
  • Track and register service concerns within the company’s support organization.
  • Offer customer assistance and conduct on-site training with customers.

Requirements:

  • Background in Solar/Photovoltaic business and technology, with at least very good electro-technical skills.
  • Preferably, prior experience in Front/Back Office operations.
  • Proficiency in either German, French, or Italian is a must.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
