We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst.

Within this project the team is building a catastrophes pricing (cat pricing) co-ordination layer that will act as a single and consistent point for all cat pricing models & Underwriting tools.

Coordinate activities with business owners and IT PMO to gather requirements, monitor business decisions and manage documentation and communication Understand business requirements, processes and systems in order to develop the IT documentations and communicate updates, identify issues and support the team with recommendations to solve them
  • 2-6 years of experience as Business Analyst
  • analytical thinking
  • ability to break complex problems down to components with attention to details
  • experience in requirements analysis, process analysis, system analysis and documentation on IT projects
  • presentation skills, clear and concise explanation of requirements to IT and business stakeholders
  • ability to work in agile goal-oriented teams
  • proactivity in identifying solution options
  • good written/spoken English
