Job Brief
We are looking for a financial officer who will be overseeing the financial transactions of the company by providing financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders of the business.
Responsibilities
Within the Accounting department, you will be in charge of carrying out all operations related to the management, monitoring and regularization of accounts receivable and cash.
Your main tasks will be:
- Collect, verify and record invoices and credit notes.
- Follow customer reminders
- Manage customer disputes
- Prepare customer payments
- Carry out the lettering and tallying of accounts
- Perform preparation work for the balance sheet and report any inconsistencies to the hierarchy
- Carry out reporting work on the customer side
- Carry out vehicle regulations with manufacturers
- Ensure the entry of bank statements
- Bank reconciliations Issue transfers and direct debits
- Finance management Control and receipt of bank statements
