Tasks

  • Acquire and grow actively new customers for projects and services
  • Keeps management informed by updating CRM with interactions, results and reports, according to the weekly work plans.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, by evaluating results and competitive
developments.
  • This field based position requires regular prospect and customer visits (virtual meetings).
  • Report back to develop the future product, technology, and services evolution.
  • Attending conferences and events also outside official office hours for new leads in line
with sales activity plan

Requirements

  • Business- or university degree
  • Prior industry experience (min. 1 year years) in a sales position is a plus
  • Customer oriented
  • Passionate for sales
  • Be comfortable at prospecting, presenting and negotiating with self-confidence
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and independently set clear priorities,
  • Efficient working style and hands-on “start-up” mentality,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, …)
  • Be results oriented and have a can do’ attitude,
  • Based in Northwestern Switzerland region.
  • Flexible, proactive and self-motivated personality with the ability to work on your own
initiative

  • English fluency in written and verbal skills are a must. Additional languages are a
benefit
