For our client located near Neuchâtel, we are looking for a microbiologist for a sickness leave until March 2022.

Our client is an international company specialized in medical device.

Your Responsibilities
  • You validate & manage routine environmental monitoring
  • You carry out microbiology/HPLC laboratory investigations
  • You review and approve laboratory documents & sterilization certificates
  • You ensure the development and implementation of harmonized practices/procedures
  • You investigate non-conformity and CAPA related to sterilization, contamination & OOS laboratory
  • You develop, validate and/or requalify cleaning, gamma/ethylene oxide and/or steam sterilization processes for existing and new products
  • You support equipment qualification affecting cleanliness/sterilization
  • You review and assess supplier changes from clean/sterilization aspect
  • You lead or coordinate sterility assurance projects
  • You interact with manufacturing, quality teams, contract sterilizers & laboratories
  • You carry out regular internal auditing of clean room facilities and other defined areas
  • You provide internal & external audit support (front room, back room and SME)
Your Profile
  • You have a bachelor of Science Degree
  • You have minimum 2-5 years experiences as a Microbiologist in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated industry
  • You have a proven knowledge of FDA and MDD GMP requirements regarding medical Devices
  • You are a good French speaker and you are fluent in English
