Die Position umfasst folgende Aufgaben…

  • Unterhalts- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Koordination und Überwachung von externen Handwerkern
  • Interne Umzügen
  • Reinigung und Pflege der Umgebung inkl. Winterdienst
  • Abfalltrennung und Entsorgung
  • Durchführung von periodischen Inspektionen
  • Kleinreparaturen und Störungsbehebung

Besonderes…

  • Die Präsenzzeit der Hausdienst-Mitarbeiter ist Montag – Freitag von 05:30 – 21:00 und wird in zwei Schichten geleistet.
  • Die Arbeitsschichten sowie der Pikettdienst werden wöchentlich gewechselt. Pikett ist im Normalfall alle 4 Wochen.

Der ideale Kandidat ist körperlich fit und belastbar sowie flexibel und selbstmotiviert.

Sie Erfüllen Folgende Kriterien

  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Flair für Handwerk und Technik, handwerklicher Lehrabschluss
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
  • PC Grundkenntnisse
  • Fachausbildung ist von Vorteil
  • Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
