OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:

Perform full client payroll & HR related tasks throughout Switzerland

Supervise (Junior) Officers in their daily tasks


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Prepare monthly payroll for clients in various Cantons in Switzerland;

Ensure HR requests from clients are dealt correctly

Elaboration of periodic payroll reporting (pay slips, monthly summaries, accounting vouchers)

Perform all year-end closing related tasks;

Management of client relations for a portfolio of client entities;

Management of payroll associated tasks (tax, socal security, other insurances and liaise with third parties)

Management of payroll associated social security issues and liaising with public authorities and advisors

Ensure payroll related audits are conducted smoothly

Assistance to Accounting section for specific payroll issues

Control (4 eyes check) and back-up of an additional portfolio of client entities

Technical research on specific payroll issues

Setting up new payroll clients (whole process)

Implement policies as set down in TMF’s procedures manual and payroll procedures

Ensure HR requests from clients are dealt with expeditiously

Participate and liaise with CoSec department on HR topics related to Swiss law

Share with the team members their experiences related to HR Swiss laws, social security and tax;

Provide work status feedback to the manager on a regular basis

Propose new solutions to solve client’s issues.
