The Payroll Specialist will support the accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll for the Organization, which includes approximately 4500 members of personnel. You will work in tandem with one other colleague who will coordinate the activity and who will require assistance with specific tasks so that together you will deliver the following results:

  • Preparing, controlling and validating the Organization’s payroll.
  • Calculating and validating the Organization’s social contributions.
  • Coding and recording accounting entries.
  • Performing regular monitoring of accounts relating to payroll activities.
  • Answering ad hoc queries from Members of Personnel or internal services (HR, legal service, etc.)
  • Performing diverse administrative duties, such as registering personnel’s bank details, processing applications for optional insurances, issuing financial attestations, etc.
  • Maintaining regular contact and good relations with both internal services and external contacts.
