Position Summary

As People Analytics Senior Specialist, you will develop and deliver best practices in Data & Analytics across the HR Function and People Analytics across the business. You will deliver innovation in analytical approaches to understand and mitigate people driven risk to business. You will also drive the industrialization of flexible People Analytics solutions to the benefit of all Nestlé Zones/GMBs (Globally Managed Businesses)/Functions and markets. You will develop and continuously evolve the Nestlé Strategic People Planning methodology and framework and provide consulting to all businesses and markets.
A day in the life of a Corporate People Analytics Senior Specialist

People Analytics
  • Develop and deliver People Analytics solutions to the Nestlé businesses
  • Develop and deliver standards, frameworks, tools and methodology for people analytics
  • Provide consultation & advice in people analytics
Strategic People Planning
  • Develop and deliver standards, frameworks, tools and methodology for strategic people planning
  • Provide consultation & advice in strategic people planning, leading projects focused on above-market organisations
What will make you successful

  • Masters level education in Data or Computer Science or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience of successfully translating data into insights and excel in connecting with external environment and translating implications for people data and analytics
  • Leadership and exposure in all parts of the HR function (e.g. Center of Excellence, Center of Scale, HR Business Partner)
  • Worked within a Matrix environment, achieving results through effective influencing, collaborating
  • Strong project management skills paired with stakeholder management experience at the highest organization levels
  • Experience and comfort working and leading projects in cross functional and geographical teams
  • Working knowledge and experience in evolving statistical methods and approaches to problem solving in business and HR
  • Experience in sharing and enabling capability development of the HR organisation to use statistical approaches and their output in problem solving
  • Excellence in execution and effectiveness and ability to balance between standards and customization
  • Previous experience in strategic people projects would be a plus
  • Proficiency in English
