Project Side Lead

Experis Switzerland is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Side Lead for a contract position based in Zürich. The role is with a large international company that specializes in Virtual & Augmented Reality technologies.

Location: Zürich

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Indefinite

???? Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organize Agile processes within the team to ensure project objectives align with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Promptly identify and escalate blockers, tracking them daily until resolution.
  • Establish and fine-tune the team’s daily routines, including stand-up meetings, sprint planning, mid-sprint checks, and sprint closure to maintain alignment with project plans.
  • Daily monitoring and management of critical cross-functional dependencies essential for achieving team milestones and project plans.
  • Articulate the rationale behind project activities and plans.

???? Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. (Note: A very technical background is required, preferably in robotics or engineering)
  • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager, showcasing a track record of successfully managing IT projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide the team through Agile processes and foster continuous improvement.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills to address blockers and challenges efficiently.

???? Preferred Qualifications:

  • A very technical background, preferably in robotics or engineering.
  • Some technical knowledge of Computer Vision (CV) systems or other complex technologies at the system design level needed for understanding and diagnosing issues.
  • Ability to engage with a wide-ranging cross-functional network from QA to Product to facilitate discussion and drive alignment on solutions and next steps.
  • Understanding of agile/scrum processes to ensure efficient team operations and oversight.
