The Quality Service Regional Team Leader EMEA is part of the Global Fixed Operations team which supports the growth and health of BRP’s global dealer network. This position will manage BRP’s Quality Service program’s dealer participation and day to day training activities for Europe and will assist global management in monitoring and reviewing the performance of the program ensuring dealer satisfaction and go to market initiatives are a success.

To be successful in this position you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be very competent in using various software and office applications, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of automotive or powersports fixed operations experience as well as interpersonal skills as this position will have communication with BRP’s dealers and internal teams on a regular basis.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To
  • Manage and drive performance and results from the assigned training team in the field
  • Maintain and monitor program plans, training schedules, budgets, and expenditures
  • Organize, attend, prepare, and present in stakeholder meetings
  • Provide program and customer results reports on a regular basis
  • Compile training reports and provide analysis around performance of the assigned training team
  • Assist management in the development of business cases and on-going business plan
  • Ensure program documentation is maintained appropriately
  • Work with management to assess risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Prepare and maintain the program’s dealer marketing supplies and distribution
  • Manage invoicing and billing for the assigned region
  • Coordinate training and development for assigned team and dealers
THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
  • 5+ years experience with automotive and/or powersports industry preferred.
  • Candidates must be highly motivated and self-driven with strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Competency in software applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, Google, Salesforce experience a plus
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, flexible, and ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
  • Ability to deal with confidential data
  • Ideal candidate will speak fluent English, additional languages beyond the local language is a plus.
