Within Medela Consumer AG you are responsible for the entire document structure in quality management. Here you have the opportunity to support update as well as the introduction of new processes and work on quality projects. We are looking for a personality with an eye for detail, a pragmatic way of working and a team-oriented attitude.Your Responsibilities
  • Support the quality function with document control, reviewing and archival of documents
  • Ensure the document control register is implemented and maintained
  • Updating of quality records in their respective storage locations i.e., technical files, supplier files, electronic quality handbook and archiving
  • Support change management activities through initiation of change controls and maintenance of the change register
  • Support creation of training materials
  • Prepare necessary documentation for external and customer audits
Your profile
  • Experience working in quality assurance, at least 2-3 years
  • Successful basic training in a relevant field, preferably with further training in quality management
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
  • Hands on experience of document control administration, maintenance and updates, drafting SOPs for review as well as performing internal audits
  • English & German fluent written and spoken combined with excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage priorities
