Our client is a fast growing company with a unique product commercialized.

Responsibilities :
  • Support and drive front line sales teams to sell more efficiently by setting up the strategy;
  • Manage and upgrade the CRM tool - audit data for consistency, setup automations;
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize the sales processes;
  • Analyze data, taking in account the evolution of territory assignment and growth forecasting and formulate the incentives program and sales quota together with the sales leadership;
  • Oversee sales forecasting;
  • Lead tender management and implement pricing strategies within the dedicated team;
  • Manage price lists in alignment with finance and leadership team.

Profile :
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar Sales Operation position;
  • Bachelor degree or higher in technical/ business or related areas;
  • Excellent knowledge in CRM management;
  • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize;
  • Demonstrated experience organizing and driving complex, multi-function projects or programs;
  • Personality and ability to lead the future sales operations organization;
  • Fluent in English – any other European languages is desirable (preferably French or German).
