Batmaid is about changing the cleaning industry and fighting the black market on as many fronts as possible. It is about providing the leading platform to book trusted, insured, and declared professionals for our customers’ home needs.

Today, we are leaders in Switzerland and Luxembourg and, in 2021, we raised CHF25 million in a B series funding. This investment supported us in our expansion across Europe ; making our services available in eight different countries. We now aim to conquer the rest of Europe and the US in the next three years; becoming global leaders in providing the ultimate “well-being at home” experience through Batmaid, Batmaid Dry and Batmaid Club.

Tasks

Your Mission:
  • Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated sales tasks.
  • Conduct phone calls/emails, with one goal : upsell.
  • Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
  • Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
  • Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Create a real connection with our customers.
  • Work with your team to respect deadlines, objectives, and unblocked special achievements.
Requirements

Your Weapons:
  • High school diploma or similar
  • Fluent English and French OR Fluent in English and German. If you have Italian on top, it is a strong plus. If you have all four languages : that’s amazing!
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Service or similar may be required
  • You are born to sell, and if not you would like to
  • Superb interpersonal and soft skills, on top of the ability of being self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, and to motivate your teammates
  • Capability and will to surpass yourself
  • Ability to perform with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
