Service Engineer (f/m/d) Chromatography (HPLC/ UPLC)

Your Responsibilities
  • on-site support of a key customer with regards to the installation, maintenance, repair and qualification of analytical instruments as part of the OneSource concept
  • Advising the customer on software updates, equipment upgrades, qualifications and process optimizations
  • Documentation of customer service operations and disorders in the relevant systems
  • Documentation of qualifications depending on customer specifications within the framework of the respective QM system and in close coordination with the QM officer
  • close collaboration with our service and sales teams as well as the Customer Care Team
  • project-related support for laboratory removals

Position Requirements
  • Completed university degree in science or engineering, preferably with focus on Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering, Electronics/ Electronical Engineering or Medical Engineering; alternatively completed vocational training with equivalent experience in similar field
  • Independent, structured and efficient way of working
  • organizational skills, high level of commitment, a strong sense of responsibility and costs awareness, as well as highly customer oriented mindset
  • Friendly and collaborative attitude towards colleagues and customers
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills in dealing with our customers and business partners
  • Fluent language skills in French and a very good level of English, verbal and written, are a hard requirement
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Living in convenient, commutable distance to the Customer site
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel
