Your contribution

In this role, you will ensure master data integrity and quality within the global service department. Your objective is to implement and maintain key system rules provided by global data management, ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining spare parts in SAP R/3
• Maintaining spare parts databases
• Supporting document release processes within Product Support
• Conducting regular data quality checks
• Supporting equipment record maintenance
• Contributing to data cleansing initiatives to prepare for S4HANA migration
• Support maintains of Equipment records (IBASE)
• Maintain and create Smartforms within FSM-Tool

Your background

• Completed vocational training in technical or commercial fields or a degree in database management, IT, or business
• Experience as a data management specialist or in similar roles, preferably within service entities or consulting backgrounds
• Proficiency in SAP R3 MM and SAP S4HANA
• Experience in maintaining IT applications
• Strong analytical skills, stress resistance, and effective communication abilities
