Junior Business Analyst Internship (6 months fixed-term contract)

Your team

Your role

• Proactively disputing the way of doing business by developing and maintaining end-user computing tools or applications (e.g. user interfaces, middle and front-office tools, allocation tools, reporting interfaces) and by working closely with the business.
• Developing and maintaining databases on our SQL Server.
• Proactively compiling and maintaining insightful reporting or analysis.
• Compiling reporting and improving existing tools and reporting procedures.
• Being involved, when requested to do so, in cross-departmental business or reporting analysis.
• Responding to ad hoc business requests.
• Managing and improving day to day publications and reporting.

Your profile

• Final year of Master’s degree in Finance/Quantitative Economics/Engineering and Computer Science (with an interest in finance).
• Excellent command of Python, Excel, VBA and SQL; knowledge of Javascript would be a plus.
• Able to work easily on your own without supervision and showing entrepreneurial flair.
• Strong analytical skills with solution orientation.
• Able to work under stress.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Swiss residency.
