We are looking for employees who will actively shape the future of the HOLY FASHION GROUP, so apply now as Your tasks:
  • independently oversee ingredient purchasing for an assigned product group.
  • sourcing and development of ingredients in collaboration with the design/model maker
  • attending trade fairs and organising in-house supplier presentations
  • communication with suppliers worldwide
  • negotiating price and delivery conditions
  • checking and posting incoming invoices
  • ensuring that ingredients are available for sampling and production on time and as needed
  • Master data maintenance and order monitoring in SAP/PDM
  • monitoring and optimising supplier performance
  • ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability requirements
  • close cooperation with design, quality assurance, production planning and logistics

Your experience and skills:
  • a successfully completed degree in the field of textile or clothing technology
  • ideally professional experience in purchasing or the procurement of ingredients
  • a good command of English
  • profound IT knowledge, especially MS-Excel and ideally SAP
  • independent, careful and goal-oriented way of working
  • numeracy and analytical skills
  • team spirit as well as strong communication and organisational skills
