Within our Finance & Controlling division, we are looking for a proactive Junior Controller in Zurich. You will be part of an experienced and professional team whose responsibilities include financial performance measurement, transfer pricing governance and execution and master data management.

As our Junior Controller you will be responsible for:

  • Showing initiative and take responsibility for a broad variety of processes. Most notably: in charge of operational SAP-CO allocation month-end process, master data maintenance, monthly reporting
  • Diligent and efficient handling of cost center / cost elements master data maintenance
  • Establishing ad-hoc reports, enhancement of monthly cost reporting and monitoring variances
  • Maintaining, producing monthly entity reports including obtaining and reviewing comments
  • Support budgeting process
  • Further automate and enhance existing processes and reports to increase efficiency. This requires good understanding of the tasks and close collaboration with different stakeholders
  • Last but not least participate in internal projects as Controlling master data expert

The ideal candidate brings:

  • University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or similar applied quantitative sciences
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling or Accounting in the banking industry, experience in master data management and operational handling of Controlling month end processes in an ERP system – SAP would be a plus
  • Affinity to maintain and develop master data management
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access and Powerpoint) and Power-Query and -Pivot
  • Good knowledge in performing data analysis, reconciliations and reviews
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with results-oriented mind-set
  • Excellent written & spoken German and English, any other language is a plus
