We are searching for a Junior Field Development Manager to join us in Switzerland. Reporting to the Senior Territory Manager, this role will manage regional development plans for leasing, lead generation and franchise sales activities. This is an exciting time to join Subway in Switzerland as we continue to open new locations and refresh existing sites!

About you:

You’ll be a seasoned professional from a franchising/QSR environment who can influence and be a true leader. As someone who is adaptable to change and able to multi-task, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time. You’ll bring significant experience with leasing activities, and be fluent in German, French (both native speaker level) and English. You will also be strongly aligned to our values of being bold, empowered, accountable and fun!

Tasks
  • Review and manage process franchise purchase. Work closely with staff on best practices for Development Assistance Program decision making/admin process delegation, trade show organizing, lead generation advertising, etc.
  • Agree development goals per territory with Senior Territory Manager. Request per territory an activity plan with specific detail. Follow up per development specialists via conference calls throughout the year.
  • The position is also responsible for the management of content within sales databases, preparing all closing documents for each sale, preparing sales activity reports as required, and executing the management of the territory mapping system by working closely with the real estate research department.
  • Define and implement a cost-effective lead generation strategy utilizing both traditional and non-traditional mediums. Provides input and recommendations on new Franchise
  • Leasing - Assist with negotiation of leasing progress. Handle done deals. Manage leasing process and location process.
  • Assist Territory Manager with location scouting
Requirements

You’ll be a seasoned professional from a franchising/QSR environment who can influence and be a true leader. You’ll bring significant experience with leasing activities and project management and are well connected in the Swiss Retail and/or Real Estate and/or QSR segment.
