Junior Impact Officer


The Job’s Mission

Contribute to IMD’s brand promise ‘Real Learning, Real Impact’ by administering accurate collection, reporting and distribution of IMD’s impact data. Work closely with Impact team to ensure accurate and timely measurement and analysis of impact data and the distribution of best practices to constantly enhance IMD’s learning impact.


Key Activities & Accountabilities

  • Create, customize, and publish IMD’s Impact surveys.
  • Maintain surveys and survey questions as the organization’s needs change.
  • Distribute survey invitations and trigger conditions for reminders and notifications.
  • Create and distribute accurate and timely impact reports per program.
  • Work closely with Impact team to suggest continuous improvements to the impact collection and administration process.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Experience
  • Coordination and/or administration
  • Data collection, reporting
  • Experience using general software, such as Microsoft Office tools, survey tools, etc.


Competencies
  • Ability to work in English (fluency) both orally and in writing
  • Ability work independently and to manage varied activities and multiple tasks, while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Excellent Computer skills – MS Office
