We are looking for a Junior Legal Specialist with a Tech passion

Main Responsibilities:

Support in drafting and reviewing of international contracts, such as but not limited to distribution and sales agreements, agency agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, non-disclosure agreements, sponsorship agreements etc
Support in advising on the compliance company processes involving Competition Law, Consumer Law and Tourism Law analysis.
Support in managing Data Protection assets.

Qualifications

Skills and Experiences:

Degree in Law
Strong communications and relationships skills; teamwork-oriented
Proactive, motivated, flexible and with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a precise, pragmatic, and hands-on manner; demonstrating problem-solving attitude
Perfect knowledge of English, Italian andGerman
