Your Responsibilities

For our client, an international company in Zug, we are looking for a Junior Market Access Associatefor a permanentposition:
  • Handles end-to-end payment processes to suppliers/service providers/health insurer/authorities via electronic data processing systems such as eMP/Ariba, HPR or Manual Bank Payment
  • Coordinates Master Data requests for suppliers and other external partners
  • Runs assigned projects in the team under the guidance and supervision of the project owner
  • Leads creation, review, renewal, extension and cancellation of contracts and agreements in collaboration with the responsible person
  • Supports document management, knowledge storage and records retention management
  • Supports team with internal due diligence process
  • Facilitates onboarding of new team members
  • Supports planning and execution of events, such as internal training, meetings, congresses, and proactive customer events
  • Supports budget controlling processes of the department and Finance
Your Profile
  • University degree in life sciences or a health economic education
  • At least 1 year experience within the pharmaceutical or health related industry environment and first experience in Market Access
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical lifecycle management and the Swiss market access/reimbursement environment
  • Ideally knowledge in clinical data management, health economics and evidence-based medicine
  • Strong learning agility and ability to adapt in a changing environment
  • Accountable, reliable, self-motivating and creative personality
  • Very good strategic, analytical, and operational skills with a systematic, proactive, exact working style
  • Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to aggregate and convert complex data into simple messages for internal and external clients
  • Strong and flexible team player
  • Fluency in German and English, French skills is a plus
