Join Our Team as a Junior Marketing Specialist!

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.

As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and collaborating closely with our Project Manager and Graphic team to execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support in organizing the graphic office workflow and the related calendar
  • Verifying produced graphic documents
  • Managing the calendar and agenda of marketing activities
  • Generate regular reports and conduct analysis and research
  • Assist in organizing new collection presentations, photoshoots and developing relevant support materials
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the marketing DAM
  • Manage and update the internal communication and the corporate site
  • Provide operational and logistical support in seasonal marketing activities and special projects

Requirements - Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analysis and reporting abilities
  • Proficient in written and spoken English

  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear and concise writing
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team
  • Creativity to think to come up with new ideas
