CK QLS are recruiting for a Junior Medical Writer for a Global Pharmaceutical company based in Zurich on a contract basis for 5 Months.

You’ll be responsible for providing support to plan and resource the MW deliverables that support the companie’s business objectives for clinical development for VBU with multiple compounds through all phases of development.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages, coordinates and reviews regulatory submission document preparation and projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Takes Project Management role on functional teams that address requirements or issues related to document preparation and production. Plans and coordinates QC activities of all documents within Medical Writings responsibilities• Represents Medical Writing on cross-functional teams and task forces (related to projects, process, and standards).
  • Fulfills documentation, document management, document administration and administrative tasks such as meeting planning, travel management etc. as required by assigned team. Acts as a secretariat for monthly meetings with our external MW.

Qualifications:

  • Master degree or PhD/ Pharma D in scientific/clinical/regulatory field
  • Previous experience in Global RegulatoryMedical Writing for pharmaceutical or biotechnology and in project management
  • Knowledge in Coordinating, reviewing and approving all clinical regulatory document types
  • Knowledge in interpreting clinical and scientific data
