Position Summary

As a Junior Multi-Category Commercial Development Manager, you will ensure the operational development of our COOP corporate promotions. In this role you will drive the development of corporate promotions for Cash&Carry whilst developing a strong expertise in customer understanding for promotions. You will also track the commercial performance of those corporate promotions and manage 1 MPC Trainee.

A day in the life of a Junior Multi-Category Commercial Development Manager

  • Develop commercial levers: e.g., animations, POS/POP material, communication material etc.
  • Coordinate field activities and projects internally with all concerned departments (KAM, DSP, S&IM, technical support, customer service, FSF…)
  • Manage the budget of the activities and profitability and track the corporate promotions development
  • Manage and develop one MPC trainee and make sure the person can succeed at school and at Nestlé
What will make you successful

  • University or equivalent
  • Brand Manager / KAM experience or Trade marketing
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge in Marketing and Sales processes
  • Language skills: German, French and English
  • Knowledge in Commercial levers and processes– promotions, POP/POS material, assortment/ layout etc
